About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a global leader in complex logistics solutions, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Project Logistics Commercial Manager to lead and expand business operations across Belgium and Europe. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker with a strong background in project logistics, heavy transport, and abnormal cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive commercial strategy and business development across European markets
- Lead client acquisition, contract negotiation, and key account management
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and tenders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in project logistics, heavy transport, or freight forwarding
- Proven track record in commercial roles with P&L responsibility
- Strong understanding of European logistics regulations and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-country logistics projects
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed
