As our Project Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in expanding Enery’s renewable energy portfolio by identifying and securing greenfield opportunities for solar, wind, and battery storage projects. From evaluating land plots and engaging with landowners to coordinating project teams and managing external partners, you’ll lead projects from early-stage development through to construction readiness. You’ll also assess third-party project opportunities, represent Enery in public institutions and local communities, and stay on top of industry trends. With strong project management and communication skills, you’ll help drive the energy transition across Lithuania and beyond bringing complex projects to life in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Looking for opportunities to start greenfield renewable energy (wind, solar, battery storage) projects, i.e. identification of suitable land plots and potential land owners, securing potential locations, etc.
• Planning, managing and coordinating renewable energy project development until start of construction, i.e. to distribute work assignments and coordinate project team members
• Supervising and coordinating contractors and subcontractors
• Evaluating renewable energy projects in various stages of development which could be acquired from other market participants
• Representing the company in public institutions, local communities
• Following renewable energy industry trends

Job Requirements:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both internally and with external stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience in renewable energy, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
• Familiarity with the Lithuanian electricity network and grid connection processes is an advantage
• Technical degree preferably in electrical engineering, energy, or a related field is desirable
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken), as English is our primary working language across all teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
