PHP Developer (Tech Lead)

Venipak is looking for a result-oriented, ambitious, positive, and driven person to join our team as PHP Developer (Tech Lead)

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS WILL BE:

• Define the strategy for the area responsible, future vision and roadmap.
• Define the tasks for the development team that solves business problems through technology.
• Ensure the code written clear, tested and documented.
• Be involved in identifying bottlenecks, bugs and solutions to these problems.
• Be engaged in the automation process.
• Be a role model for your colleagues.

WE EXPECT YOU HAVE:

• At least 5+ years of experience working with PHP language.
• Understanding of OOP principles & good code design.
• Good (My)SQL knowledge and experience with significant data quantities.
• Experience with Laravel, Symfony PHP framework.
• That working with Git is nothing new to you.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Docker, RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Experience with JavaScript, React is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Sense of ownership.

Big advantage:

• Experience working in Microservices.
• Fluency in Laravel.
• Good knowledge of Plain PHP.
• Experience as a Tech lead.
