Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Electro to lead and develop our Electronics Engineering (EE) team, driving the successful execution of customer and advanced R&D projects. This role requires a strong background in automotive electronics, leadership in cross-functional environments, and expertise in hardware/software development, ASPICE, and Functional Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the EE team to meet regional R&D and global engineering objectives
• Ensure electronics deliverables for customer and advanced projects are met
• Oversee daily team operations, resource planning, and performance tracking
• Provide technical direction and resolve project roadblocks
• Drive process compliance (ASPICE, PRP/Process House) and quality standards
• Collaborate with global teams and represent local topics in global discussions
• Identify training needs, mentor team members, and build a high-performance team

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in automotive electronics, 5+ years in project management
• Proven experience managing engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of ASPICE, Functional Safety, HW/SW design
• Proficient in C/Assembly; MATLAB experience is a plus
