- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- 7+ years of hands-on ML/AI model development experience post-master’s degree
- Design, implement, and refine ML models for clustering, classification, and risk segmentation
- Process and analyze complex transactional datasets to improve model performance and scalability
- Perform advanced statistical modeling, scenario tuning, and parameterization
- Develop, test, and operationalize solutions using Apache Spark (including internals), Python, and Git
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and business teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing model enhancement
- Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of clustering and classification algorithms
- Experience working with structured transactional or behavioral data
- Proficient in Apache Spark (including internal workings), Python, and Git
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in financial services, banking, or large-scale transactional environments is a strong plus
