Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by serving as the primary HR contact for employees whilst managing essential HR administrative functions. You will handle staff enquiries, maintain accurate personnel records, coordinate with payroll, and ensure smooth documentation processes for hiring, changes and leaves, supporting our organisation's HR operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in a timely manner.
• Handle staff enquiries and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Process new hire paperwork and coordinate employee onboarding procedures.
• Liaise with payroll department and external organisations for administrative matters.
• Support employees with navigating and utilising the HR Portal system.
• Generate and prepare various HR reports and administrative documents.
• Manage labour contracts and produce confirmation letters for staff members.
  
  

You Have The Following Skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language, preferably German, French or Spanish.
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee relations management.
