What will you do?

As a Data Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting sales processes and business decision-making using advanced analytical approaches.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Use of data-driven and cost-effective approach to optimize resources and improve sales performance
• Reporting on achieved sales targets and regular coordination with management
• Development and use of models for monitoring sales performance and implementation of improvements
• Ensuring appropriate analytical data for designing new sales activities
• Monitoring and reporting on cost analyses, plan realization and costs by services and sales channels
• Analysis of average revenue per user (ARPU) by channels and services and preparation of recommendations for improvements

What do we expect?

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Experience in data analytics
• Highly developed analytical skills and accuracy in working with data
• Good understanding of sales processes and data support for business decisions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with report automation and visualization
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and preparation of interactive dashboards
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Active knowledge of English

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Programming knowledge (Python, R)
• SAP (modules and graphical user interfaces – GUI)
• Knowledge of Serbo-Croatian language
