Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in product development and formulation, ideally with an eye for design and a passion for market trends. If you love turning ideas into real, market-ready products, we’d love to hear from you!

📍 Location: Madrid

🌍 Bonus: Turkish language skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product development lifecycle — from concept to launch
• Collaborate closely with formulation, design, and R&D teams to build innovative, high-impact products
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
• Own and manage the product launch calendar — strong planning and organizational skills are essential
• Ensure alignment of product roadmaps with business goals

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in product development — ideally in cosmetics, beauty, nutrition,skincare, or a similar industry
• Understands formulation processes or has worked closely with technical teams
• Has a good design sense and knows what makes a product stand out
• Is trend-savvy and can turn insights into compelling product ideas
• Is a strong communicator and team player
• Speaks fluent Spanish and English. Turkish is a valuable plus
