THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of mobile apps and take full ownership of their performance and revenue growth.
In this strategic role, you will build and execute product roadmaps, define KPIs, create work plans, conduct market research, and lead app publishing processes. With a strong focus on UX/UI, you’ll manage hybrid monetization models and run hands-on A/B testing to continuously improve product performance.
You’ll work closely with Data, Ads Monetization, R&D, QA, Design, LiveOps, UA, and ASO teams.
This is a senior, high-impact role for candidates with 5+ years of experience in B2C mobile product management, working closely with the Head of Product and VP Growth, and requiring a deep understanding of monetization models and UX strategies.
Requirements:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a mobile app company
- Deep expertise in mobile monetization strategies: subscriptions and ads
- Solid understanding of UX analysis and specification, with attention to user behavior and flows
- Proven track record in writing clear product specs for both developers and designers
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
- Full proficiency in Firebase, Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and RevenueCat
- Familiarity with at least one MMP: AppsFlyer, Singular, Adjust, or Kochava
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products simultaneously across different stages
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent English — both written and spoken
- Familiarity with Google Play and App Store guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements
- Background in collaborating with UA and monetization teams
We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication, proactivity and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance, rather than on the time spent on the job.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- 100% remote work model
- Flexible full-time working hours
- A competitive pay, based on skills and experience
- Paid national holidays
- The opportunity to grow together with the company & take ownership from day 1
Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- HR interview with the recruitment manager
- Technical discussion with the manager
- Brief Take-home challenge (around 4 hours of work)
- Final Interview and Take-home challenge presentation
