IT Information Security Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from the relevant 4-year programmes with engineering or technology,
• At least 2 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, IT Auditing, and IT Risk Management, IT Governance & Compliance,
• Experienced in Log Management, SIEM and Vulnerability Management, DLP, Personal Data Protection Regulations (KVKK, GDPR),
• Preferably have knowledge of Cyber Security and Technologies (Firewall, AV, IPS, IDS, E-mail Security Gateway etc.),
• Preferably, have one of ISO 27001 LA, ISO 22301 LA, ITIL, Cobit certificates,
• Strong analytical and communication skills,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Job Description:

• Follow compatibility of Information Technologies processes with current policies, procedures, standards and instructions,
• Preparing, updating and following the Information Security policies and procedures,
• Monitoring the security criteria of systems, infrastructure, applications and developments,
• Determining the logs to be forwarded to the SIEM system and setting SIEM correlation rules,
• Managing access control process for IT systems,
• Coordinating penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, analyzing test results and offering the solutions,
• Managing Cyber Security Threat Intelligence process,
• Supporting the process Cyber Security Evaluation and Risk Analysis, Cyber Security Culture Creation and Awareness Studies throughout the company,
• Create and improve IT processes according to standards of Information Technologies governance and to determine the risks related to compliance,
• Ensure that process metrics are determined by process owners, follow and report metrics regularly,
• Coordinate external and internal IT Audit activities and follow up the controls within the scope of audit and report to the management,
• Make suggestions for obviating the audit findings,
• Take responsibility of Information Security Executive role for the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System is pluss,
• Coordinate and ensure the policies, standards and procedures are prepared by the relevant people and to manage follow-up and confirmations of versions,
• Ensure IT Business Continuity and Risk Management studies.
