As Global Sales Performance & Governance Project Manager you will drive support initiatives related to evaluating portfolio and pipeline performance and orchestrate global harmonization projects across diverse geographical regions, optimizing processes and fostering collaboration. As Global Sales Performance & Governance Project Manager you will drive support initiatives related to evaluating portfolio and pipeline performance and orchestrate global harmonization projects across diverse geographical regions, optimizing processes and fostering collaboration. This role presents an exciting opportunity to enact meaningful change on a global scale while supporting dedicated professionals across the Kuehne+Nagel sales organization.
How you create impact
- Lead global SP&G initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and strategies while managing a team.
- Promote the utilization of KN Global Services (KNGS) for routine tasks to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Improve performance metrics through analysis of internal system data, utilizing insights to inform strategic decision-making and process enhancements.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the SP&G team, encouraging innovation and best practices to optimize operational effectiveness and service delivery while providing leadership and guidance to team members.
- At least five years’ experience in international Project Management, with hands-on experience as a team leader.
- At least two years’ experience with performance analysis and sales and portfolio management, including sales target setting, portfolio planning, SIP processes, and performance, pipeline, and portfolio reviews.
- Operational knowledge of Finance and PDM impacts on Sales Systems, Advanced level Excel applications and HR flows.
- Experience with stakeholder management, designing and implementing global processes and developing and delivering training content.
- Proficiency with relevant systems and tools, i.e. SPMS & KPMS, CoreLog, Business Objects and Tableau.
- A Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
