Head of Artificial Intelligence – Dubai

We’re representing a leading financial institution hiring a Head of AI to lead its enterprise-wide AI strategy. This executive role will drive ethical, scalable AI solutions across risk, compliance and supervisory functions, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute AI strategy aligned with regulatory priorities
• Oversee end-to-end AI model development, deployment & governance
• Ensure transparency, explainability & ethical use of AI
• Engage with internal teams & external stakeholders to embed innovation

Requirements:

• 15+ years in tech, with 5+ in leading AI at scale
• Strong AI/ML technical depth across NLP, automation, and risk use cases
• Must have experience in financial services or regulatory / compliance tech
• Leadership capability & ability to bridge tech, risk, and business domains
