Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job vacancies, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Conduct new employee orientations and induction programs
Employee Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Process payroll and manage benefits administration
- Handle visa processes and ensure labor law compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, and performance appraisals
Employee Relations
- Serve as HR point of contact for policy inquiries
- Resolve employee conflicts and workplace issues
- Prepare monthly HR reports and statistical analysis
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
- 2-3 years HR experience in UAE hospitality/restaurant sector
- KHDA certification in Managing Hospitality Human Resources (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processing
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software platforms
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
