The Role

You will be forming a squad with a mission to build and deliver a world class application to our global customer base. You will be a proactive positive Agile Lead challenged to deliver software that is highly functional yet simple, feature rich and designed to change the lives of our thousands of Blue Collar workers.

Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation

· Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews

· Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement practices

· Facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependency management

· Drive adoption of best practices across multiple scrum teams

Delivery Management

· Track sprint progress, velocity, and team metrics

· Identify and actively remove impediments blocking team productivity

· Coordinate releases and deployments in our cloud-native environment

· Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery

Stakeholder Communication

· Provide regular progress updates to leadership and product stakeholders

· Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and operations teams

· Manage expectations around delivery timelines and scope changes

· Champion transparency in planning and delivery processes

Team Development

· Mentor team members on agile methodologies and self-organization

· Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation

· Support engineering managers in building high-performing teams

· Drive initiatives to improve team efficiency and developer experience

Required Qualificiations

· 4+ years experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role

· Skilled in configuration and usage of the Atlassian Suite of tools

· Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

· Proven track record in fintech or regulated industries

· Experience with cloud-native development and DevOps practices

· Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills

· Strong analytical skills with experience in agile metrics and reporting

Technical Requirements

· Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices

· Familiarity with modern development practices (microservices, APIs, automated testing)

· Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)

· You are a skilled, creative and inquisitive engineer with a passion for quality and delivery

· You have hands on experience of front end and mobile development using react native

· You have an appreciation of high quality shared components, styling and presentation

· You have knowledge across build tools, optimisation techniques and modern frameworks

· You have strong communication skills, curiosity and are a quick learner

· You enjoy a creative fast paced agile world

· You enjoy mentoring and teaching other developers to create a world class cohesive team

· You enjoy making friends, having fun
