Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Software Developer with Selenium Automation to join a core strategic project for a reputed bank, focused on building a cutting-edge digital platform for syndicated markets.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Programming and Systems Analysis;
• Must have 5+ years of backend development experience with Java/JEE and 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber;
• Understanding of agile development life cycles and continuous delivery;
• Must have skills in java, Spring boot, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git/SVN;
• Understanding of finance and investment banking, payments and cash management;
• Proactive with excellent verbal and written communication.

Desired Skill-set

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Apache Storm, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Ignite, RPC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, design, and development of robust software solutions tailored to user needs;
• Analyze user requirements to create effective, scalable, and maintainable software systems;
• Define software specifications and establish performance benchmarks;
• Design and develop automated test frameworks to support efficient and reliable testing;
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate hardware and software systems;
• Support the test lead in formulating test strategies and serve as a backup technical lead when required;
• Create comprehensive documentation for software design, development processes, and implementation details;
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems, implement updates, and oversee testing and validation procedures;
• Drive continuous improvements in automated testing practices to ensure maximum test coverage across enterprise-level products.
