Business Operations Program Manager (US Tech MNC/ UP 6k)

Adecco is partnering our client, a well-known US Tech MNC.

The Opportunity

• Focus: Drive operational excellence, financial planning, and regional stakeholder coordination to support digital store and eCommerce operations across Asia.
• Office location: Central Singapore
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
• Work arrangement: Hybrid - Work from Office (WFO) 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesday)
• The role will start off as a contractual assignment
  
  

• 3-4 years of solid experience in program or business management, ideally in a regional or cross-functional setting
• Strong finance background with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
• Familiar with PowerBI (user level); ability to manage and analyze data across platforms
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate regionally across Asia/APAC
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple moving parts and timelines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
  

Support day-to-day program management, reporting, and operational alignment across the Asia digital retail team:

• Create, manage, and monitor financial and performance reports, including forecasting and budget tracking
• Coordinate weekly/monthly business reviews, leadership meetings, and operational alignment across stakeholders
• Own and drive Rhythm of Business activities, reporting processes, and presentation decks
• Manage team operations: headcount tracking, onboarding, workspace, and travel logistics
• Organize team offsites, morale events, and All Hands meetings within budget
• Act as the point of coordination for communication, meeting schedules, and stakeholder follow-ups
• Support regional readiness reviews and reporting alignment with corporate standards
• Collect benchmarks and propose process improvements based on business needs
