Data Analyst

Job Summary

Amazon’s MSP Customer Experience (CX) team is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, capacity planning, and data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analytics and program management who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing tools, dashboards, and workflows that support the team’s evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic, financial, and market analysis to support decision-making on capacity planning, pricing, and return on investment.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts for operating expenses, capital, and resource allocation.
• Design and implement systems and tools to support the team’s growing and rapidly changing business needs
• Develop and maintain dashboards for CAR tracking and reporting across multiple business units.
• Support recurring strategic mechanisms such as XPPR and OHR reviews, and maintain internal tools like Kingpin.
• Collaborate on the development of intake workflows and automation of WBR inputs.
• Align planning efforts with POR data to ensure accurate and timely support.

Skills

• Strong data analytics capabilities with experience in financial modelling and variance analysis
• Program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SQL and Python is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a continuously changing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in capacity planning or a related field
• Experience in operations or capacity planning is a plus

Pay Range: $40 - $43 per hour
