Senior Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, create BRDs, analyse workflows, improve systems.
• Act as functional expert, manage data, configure systems, ensure integrity.
• Collaborate with IT teams, document specifications, ensure alignment with business requirements and standards.
• Manage system implementations, ensure project milestones, monitor progress.
• Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide ongoing user support
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, prioritize upgrades, and optimize performance

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of transportation, fleet management, route optimization, tracking, fuel management, maintenance.
