SAP ERP Programmer

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Design Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of SAP ERP solutions across various modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC platforms, cross-functional process integration, and ERP transformation programs at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of the SAP ERP ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business processes and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive solution design sessions, gap analysis, and design validation across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, HCM, etc.).
• Oversee and guide the configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.
• Act as a program lead or SME in SAP-led digital transformation programs.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and offshore delivery teams for effective program execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, data security, and governance.
• Provide guidance on best practices, roadmaps, and innovations including S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.
• Deliver documentation, design specs, and technical blueprints for implementation teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP implementations with a strong focus on solution design and architecture.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and legacy ECC platforms.
• Strong knowledge of multiple SAP modules (at least 2-3 core modules mandatory).
• Proven track record of leading large ERP transformation programs or greenfield/brownfield implementations.
• Experience with business process modeling and cross-functional integration.
• Proficiency in preparing and validating design documentation and configuration specifications.
• Understanding of Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration via SAP PI/PO or middleware like MuleSoft is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile/Hybrid methodologies and tools like SAP Solution Manager, Jira, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules or SAP Solution Architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, pharma, BFSI, or public sector is desirable.
