Consultant Presales (Data & AI)

Role Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant with expertise in data & AI solution selling to join our team.
• You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, data & AI subject matter expert with core capability and expertise in data product modernization, analytics and AI.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical design of data & AI solutions that address the customer’s business problems, needs, and opportunities.
• Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, configuring demos, delivering proof of concept (POC), enabling sales teams, creating recorded demos for various use cases, collaborating with bid management, preparing comprehensive value propositions, presentations, response to RFPs, completing compliance sheets, and drafting services SOW.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities in the data & AI domain.
• Understand and analyze customer needs and Map to the capabilities of AI software products and solutions.
• Deliver compelling, personalized presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts (POC).
• Provide detailed responses to technical and functional requirements RFIs/RFPs.
• Develop data & Ai solution architecture based on client requirement.
• Solution champion for Microsoft Azure Data & AI as well as Databricks. Participates in deep-dive discussions and applies market intelligence and thought leadership to enhance proposed solutions and drive opportunity/demand generation for solution areas.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience with major system integrator or technology provider.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or similar field.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting role; consultative selling techniques, value selling.
• Previous hands-on working experience implementing data & AI solutions. Including proven hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure Data & AI, Copilot, Databricks, OpenAI, ChatGPT, and/or GCP.
• Expert technical understanding of Microsoft Azure data & AI solution offerings.
• Experience with GenAI solutions, including training, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Experience with Data & AI solution architecture and the delivery of POCs.
• Proven experience developing technical content including presentations, proposal artifacts, data & AI solution architecture, services statement of work, and response to RFPs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Mastery of English language is required.
