We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our team in Lviv!

About the job:

Do you have a head full of ideas? This role is ideal for someone looking to excel in project management within the dynamic iGaming sector. You will play an instrumental role in driving projects to success, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The successful candidate will immerse themselves in our business while constantly providing guidance to stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals.

What You'll get to do:

• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Development, Product, and Management teams to ensure project processes and timelines are adhered to and executed efficiently.
• Project Roadmap Ownership: Take full ownership of roadmap execution, ensuring project goals are achieved within predefined timelines.
• Team Facilitation & Motivation: Lead team meetings, motivate cross-functional teams, and resolve dependencies across departments.
• Risk Management: Identify, track, and proactively manage risks to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, conveying project goals, updates, and outcomes clearly and effectively.
• Status Reporting: Provide comprehensive and timely reports to management, ensuring transparency in progress and any issues encountered.
• Process Optimization: Implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency, ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with Agile practices.
• Scope Management: Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to collect business requirements and finalize the scope while ensuring scope changes are managed through the Change Control Procedure.
• Client Engagement: Represent the company in client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and professionalism.
  
  

What You need to know:

• A "getting things done" attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Fluency in English (B2-C1 level), with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Broad knowledge of current IT tools and practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and ensure successful outcomes.
• Engineering background or knowledge of .NET engineering (or similar fields) is a plus.
• Experience or background in business analysis is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
• iGaming experience is advantageous.

• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
