ML Engineer

About Position:

We are conducting an in-person hiring drive for the position of ML Engineer / Sr. ML Engineer in Hyderabad.

We are looking for an experienced and talented ML Engineer/Sr. ML Engineer to join our growing data competency team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with GEN AI , ML , NLP, Python. You will work closely with our data analysts, engineers, and business teams to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of our data pipelines and analytics.

What You'll Do:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Proven experience 3-4 years working as a ML Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in programming languages: Python used as Object-Oriented Programming.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, NLP, and LLMs.
• Experience in CI/CD tools & pipelines: Github Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Linux and Docker containers
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in some of the main cloud providers (knowledge of Azure is a plus)
• Experience in the use of collaborative developing tools such as: Git, Confluence, Jira, etc.
• Demonstrated experience developing REST API
• Experience with ML/Ops technologies like Azure ML & Databricks
• Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Agile methodologies development (SCRUM/KANBAN).

• 4+ years of experience working with data science.
• Strong proficiency in ML, GenAI, Python
• Experience in NLP, LLM, APIs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Python, PyTorch/ TensorFlow
• LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, HuggingFace)
• RAGframeworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex)
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
