Job Title: Business Development Manager – Forex & Crypto Markets

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development person to join our growing team in the Forex,cfd and Crypto trading space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong communication skills, and a passion for emerging digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients interested in Forex and Crypto trading
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Provide market insights and trading guidance to clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Forex and Crypto market trends
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
• Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews with clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in sales within Forex, Crypto, or financial services
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets
• Knowledge of MT4,MT5
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
