We are seeking to hire an experienced Loyalty Project Manager – Hospitality to lead a global brand transformation. This role focuses on developing and executing a digital strategy to elevate guest experiences, optimize digital journeys, and drive alignment with global brand objectives for enhanced engagement and revenue growth. This position will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of innovative digital initiatives for a leading semi-government organization in Dubai, UAE.
This position will be a contract with a minimum duration of 12 months.
The role sits within the Marketing & Loyalty Department and reports directly to the Loyalty Manager.
The Loyalty Project Manager—Hospitality will be at the forefront of a global brand transformation, developing and executing a branding digital strategy to enhance guest experience. This pivotal role demands an advanced grasp of technology to optimize customer journeys and propel the digital agenda forward.
Key responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development and Implementation
- Lead the global brand transformation strategy, aligning digital initiatives with overall brand and business goals.
- Leverage data insights to shape digital strategies that enhance guest experiences.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to streamline business processes and guest journeys through advanced digital technologies.
- Provide strategic guidance to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution.
- Coordinate with external consultants to drive effective implementation of digital policies and initiatives.
Technology Adoption and Innovation
- Stay updated on global digital trends and technological advancements in hospitality.
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to prioritize and roll out new digital tools and systems.
- Lead the adoption of innovative solutions through agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Project and Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and support for digital transformation projects.
- Communicate project progress to leadership and align digital initiatives with global brand objectives.
- Manage the strategic roadmap, overseeing the planning and progression of digital rollouts.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Technology or similar.
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation.
- 8+ years of experience in digital channels (web platforms, mobile applications, e-commerce development, digital apps).
- Demonstrates a proven history of overseeing comprehensive digital transformations across industries such as, airports, aviation, hospitality chains, and entertainment venues such as malls and parks.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Experience in change management is advantageous.
