Key Responsibilities
- Solana Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Solana smart contracts
- Exchange Architecture: Drive the design of our exchange architecture end-to-end, ensuring every component creates a unified product experience
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the exchange both on-chain and off, ensuring a snappy UX
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Rust
- Proven experience in building production Solana contracts
- Strong understanding of DeFi, trading systems, and margin trading
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols
- English language proficiency
- Experience with low-level Solana runtime optimizations
- Previous experience in building or contributing to derivatives exchanges
