About The Role

You'll be working as part of a high-performing Trideca team to help uplift our client's origination process, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and delivery leads. The role focuses on building performant, scalable backend services in a cloud-native environment.

Technical Skills

• Solid background in microservices architecture and distributed systems programming
• Expert-level proficiency in Golang , including use of Goroutines , Channels , the Gorilla web toolkit , and concurrency handling
• Proven experience developing high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices deployed on AWS or other containerized infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control, with experience using tools like Buildkite , Jenkins , or equivalent
• Comfortable using modern observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog , Sumo Logic , Dynatrace , or New Relic
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong collaborator with a team-first approach
• Ability to work through complex challenges in a structured and outcome-driven way
• Comfortable working in cross-functional squads alongside DevOps, PMs, and BAs
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight delivery deadlines
• Exposure to financial services or regulated domains
• A proactive mindset and experience in rapidly scaling backend systems
