About The Role

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a part-time basis. If you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience and are looking for a flexible opportunity to work on a variety of design projects—including digital marketing, branding, and social media—this role could be a great fit. You’ll collaborate with different teams to help bring strong visuals, creativity, and brand consistency to our content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Support the development of branding and visual identity for campaigns and product launches
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms and formats
  • Contribute ideas and participate in creative brainstorming sessions
  • Ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and goals
  • Keep up with current design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); Canva or Figma is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Affinity for text and font treatments, color usage, and design principles

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design or web layout basics
  • Involvement in branding or creative campaign development

Schedule: Monday to Friday - CST

Compensation: USD salary

Location: 100% remote
