You will join a squad of passionate engineers dedicated to improving Developer Experience and crafting high-quality, scalable, cloud-native applications in an agile and collaborative environment.

As an Experienced Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and responsive frontend web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Work in a containerized environment using Docker and deploy via CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute across the full stack: from designing APIs and backend logic to creating intuitive user interfaces.
• Embrace a DevOps mindset and actively support continuous integration, monitoring, and reliability practices.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders to improve Developer Experience across the organization.
• Investigate and propose innovative solutions, challenge the status quo, and promote engineering excellence.

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.

• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Nexus
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform

• Architecture & Methodologies: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
• API Management: REST, gRPC, Swagger, API Gateway, API Governance
• Agile: Working within agile scrum teams

• Knowledge of the banking or insurance sector
• Experience in large IT organizations
• Familiarity with Spotify Backstage
