Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Engineer at pleasefix.ai, located in Brussels.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core technology infrastructure. You will also play a critical role in strategic planning and decision-making regarding technology adoption and deployment.

Background: Studied engineering / computer science with a focus on complex algorithms and AI (e.g., computer vision, LLMs, etc.)

Ability to:

• Solve complex data/mathematical/computer vision problems through self-search (e.g., by reading papers, searching online, etc.), and quick experimentation for fast discovery
• ⁠⁠Create full stack (web) application with high resiliency and security

Tech requirements: Python, Javascript/Typescript/HTML/CSS, Next, Docker, Cloud, CI/CD, LLM APIs, Agentic frameworks
