THIS ROLE IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 9 MONTHS - LONDON

We’re looking for a super organized self-starter to join the team as a Recruitment Coordinator to ensure our candidates have a positive interview experience from beginning to end.

You will be responsible for scheduling a volume of interviews on a weekly basis, as well as handling the coordination of assessment days.

You will be cool headed under pressure and your problem solving skills will flourish when situations don’t always go to plan! This is a great first career step for a hands on, capable individual looking for a challenge in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Key job responsibilities

  • Schedule various types of interviews and work directly with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Coordinate written assessments for the candidates.
  • Arrange for candidate reimbursements.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and responsibilities involved in the process.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Update candidate records in our internal recruiting system – HIRE.
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments which assesses candidates’ skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
  • Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
  • Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
  • Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS)
