As we continue to revolutionize business connections and grow our B2B sales organization, we're looking for a new Sales Manager to join our Finnish sales team in August 2025. In this role you would be at the forefront of helping our partner companies to grow, working with B2B sales process from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing your customers.


Your mission:


  • Prospecting: You search for and filter potential new customers to build your own client portfolio
  • Initiating contact with potential new customers through calls, LinkedIn and emails
  • Qualifying potential customers: You evaluate whether they possess the qualities that make them suitable for our service
  • Solution Selling: You inquire about customer needs, advise them on our solution to their problem, and highlight the value of the meetings we offer with C-level decision-makers
  • Closing sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals
  • Developing your knowledge of different industries and markets


Your success factors:


  • Proven track record of some years in B2B sales
  • Being passionate about reaching targets and seeing the results
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the urge to attract new potential clients
  • Consultative sales, great argumentation and listening skills
  • Great social, co-operational and communication skills
  • Bilingual level, both written and verbal, in Finnish with fluency in English
  • High energy level and a can-do-attitude, readiness to take on challenges and grow with us at ME!

Recruitment process:


  • Screening video call with with recruitment
