Product Designer

Help Shape the Future of Cross-Border Tax Technology

We’re on the lookout for a talented Mid-Level Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work across two high-impact teams, including one focused on building our new AI platform. You’ll play a key role in designing intuitive and scalable digital experiences that help simplify complex global tax workflows.

We’re a diverse team of 80+ professionals from 27 nationalities, bringing together expertise across Sales, Tax, Technology, Legal, Marketing, and Product. Backed by top-tier investors like Global Founders Capital and Icebreaker VC, we’ve already seen strong success across Europe—and we’re just getting started.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric product experiences across web platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define specs and workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma (or similar tools)
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Participate in agile development cycles and user feedback loops
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid background in Product/UX Design
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design software
• Strong UI design and prototyping skills
• Experience working in agile product development environments
• Willingness to work in the cross-border tax domain
  
  

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Familiarity with transfer pricing, accounting, or tax
• Experience in Designing for AI Products
• Understanding of web development principles
• Exposure to product management practices
