About The Job

Our team focuses on delivering People Excellence activities for R&D Vaccines ou Global M&S , located in France. Each People Excellence Partner focuses on dedicated teams and transversal P&C (HR) projects.

• Ensure proximity primarily with managers across the organizations as well as with employees
• Accompany managers through multiple P&C processes related to their organizations in people topics (Performance impact, Development Path, Talent Management, etc.)
• Advice and deliver a various range of services at all steps of people careers

Main Responsibilities

In collaboration with People Business Partners, your role is to

• Enable our Global People strategy by driving excellence in execution for P&C programs/initiatives and processes across the organizations you will be in charge of R&D Vaccines ou Global M&S
• Support managers in all people and organization to support the execution of the business roadmap
• Perform accordingly People Excellence related tasks while ensuring compliance to processes, labor law & ethics. Areas of support are various: Staffing, Talent Management & Development, Internal Mobility (local & international), Performance & rewards, Change Management, Culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Gender balance and individual employee matters
• Participate in transversal People initiatives within our team or at France level
  
  

About You

• Experience: Preferably experience in P&C/HR roles
• Soft skills: Respect of strict confidentiality & ethics, result oriented, reactivity in answering requests, ability to prioritize, strong interpersonal & communication skills, collaborative mindset, team spirit
• Languages: French/English
