  ClickUp seeks an outstanding engineer to advance our Integrations Platform. We're developing a framework enabling engineers to swiftly and securely create new integrations. Our platform continuously evolves and requires new creative ways to build solutions to meet our business needs.
 
The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in building frameworks and a passion for creating clean abstractions and APIs. They are eager to tackle complex technical challenges at scale, delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable solutions. They care deeply about code quality and standards and are committed to maintaining them.
Role

• Lead hands-on the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly scalable, high-quality APIs, services, and the most complex features of the Integrations platform.


• Work with product managers and software engineers to define a technological vision & strategy.


• Collaborate with other engineers to deliver high-quality, complex features of the Integrations Platform.


• Identify and troubleshoot significant errors and performance issues that occur within our environment.


• Mentor other engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent major.


• 8+ years of experience in developing and maintaining systems.


• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.


• Experience with relational databases at scale.


• Experience with AWS or other major cloud services.


• Proficient with TypeScript or other popular programming languages.


• Team player with excellent communication skills.


• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
