About The Role
We are searching for a skilled Data Analyst, ideally with experience in the data centre, manufacturing or construction sectors who can take the lead in auditing, analysing and introducing new reporting processes to support our ISO standards and decision making including areas such as sustainability, quality, health and safety and compliance data. This manager will possess the energy, attention to detail, passion and resilience required to structure, analyse and gain insight from the wide variety of data sets that show how Tate is performing when it comes to sustainability, quality, health and safety and compliance. While largely working in close collaboration with colleagues based in Dublin, the role will be remote with occasional travel required. With exceptional data management and analytical skills, you will be adept at delivering strategic improvements to our data management processes, supporting the Dublin business to capitalise on data insights as the business achieves its ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Audit existing ISO standards data to determine accuracy, authenticity and fitness for both internal Group and external audit success
Run monthly reports to show progress against programme targets
Produce appropriate PowerBI reports and Power Point decks to highlight performance and identify areas of improvement
Analyse our QESH data and identify insights that can lead to positive change
Review existing reporting processes and ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible
Establish new reporting procedures and implement for the effective dashboards for the business
Review Environmental Product Declaration data and ensure accuracy prior to 3rd party verification
Be the point of contact for Group Planet Passionate reporting
Understand our data reporting systems and work with Group to make efficiencies and improvements
Coordinate support for both internal and external data auditing
Carry out reporting systems training to those that need it
Set appropriate deadlines for data reporting and ensure that Group deadlines are met
Work with various cross functional teams to identify new areas to report against that align with the divisional programme strategy
ISO Support
Data Collection: Gather data from various global divisions, ensuring all relevant information is captured accurately and timely.
Data Organization: Develop and maintain a structured database to store and manage data efficiently. Implement data categorization and indexing for easy retrieval.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Implement data validation rules and error-checking mechanisms.
Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified view. Ensure seamless data flow between different systems and platforms.
Report Generation: Create detailed reports on data findings, compliance status, and performance metrics. Tailor reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders. Use clear and concise communication to convey complex information.
Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time access to key data and metrics. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible.
Essential
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a data or sustainability role in the manufacturing/building/construction sector.
Excellent data management, organisation, control, audit and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Highly confident using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Office software.
Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan effectively.
A self-starter with the ability to set own objectives and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with using One Click LCA or similar programs.
Ability to produce and deliver high impact internal and external presentations.
Desirable
BA/BS degree in sustainability or relevant qualification within the building engineering/architecture environment.
An understanding of the operational process involved in manufacturing and delivering products.
