As a Software Engineer in the AI and Automation Team, you will be responsible for developing the APIs that power Corto’s Core AI capabilities. The team is also responsible for building a robust system that extracts and ingests large amount data from various sources to provide data used in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Design and develop AI architectures and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead the experimentation of internal AI projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for various projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

• Strong foundation in software design and development principles
• Experience with Generative AI based application development
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with AWS technologies for software development
• Experience with PostgreSQL / PGVector is an advantage
• Experience with Python Development is an advantage
