Electronics Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. The role is focused on developing control plans, managing non-conformance processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze problems and determine root causes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis process and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and support quality inspectors in the execution of test plans.
  • Ensure all tests are performed accordingly to procedures and results are documented.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation, ensure documents are accessible and up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards: ISO9001, ISO14001 and other applicable regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality processes across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering or a related field.
  • Experience and understanding of quality management processes.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and cooperation skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to the detail.
  • Technical knowledge in mechanical systems, electronics and software.
  • Proficiency of MS Office and MS Dynamics.
  • Experience in working with quality methods: FMEA, SPC, CAPA.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken. Russian language is considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
