YOUR MISSION:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs, and translate them into clear user stories and functional specs.
• Facilitating scoping workshops and collaborating with architects on solution design
• Supporting catalog item creation, including documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer
• Participating in UAT phases, ensure quality delivery, and provide end-user training
• Ensuring Agile best practices, story management, and platform security compliance

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor DA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least five years of proven experience in a Software Engineering role or a similar.
• Certified in ServiceNow CSA; ITSM or CSM certifications are a plus.
• Solid experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Request, Service Catalog).
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering in ServiceNow projects.
• Ability to meet expectations and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
