TLX Technology is a a leading software provider for the application of crypto trading. Considering our planned expansion, we are seeking a Trading Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and provide assistance for our vital trading systems and processes;
  • Offer support and guidance to participants for all trading related and functional inquiries. Handling inquiries via Telegram, email and other channels.
  • Take on the role of the initial point of contact for incidents and coordinate until resolution;
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer support team, management and development team to improve customer service and product experience;
  • Create educational material on the platform and its features;
  • Enhance processes and procedures to elevate customer experience and enhance the quality and responsiveness of customer service.
  • Strategic account management


Requirements

  • A sharp mind, backed by experience with trading and ideally, crypto;
  • Fluent written- and verbal communication in English;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges with enthusiasm and a can-do mentality
  • Team-player that commits to the common goal
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, flexible, and a positive can-do attitude;
  • Willingness to be on standby and work outside regular hours when duty calls, showing your commitment to our shared mission.
  • Currently living in The Netherlands and in possession of a work permit.


Preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Business Studies, Finance, Law etc.);
  • Prior Account Management/Client Support experience. Ideally with exposure to cryptocurrency or financial markets;
  • A grasp of financial topics, particularly in the cryptocurrency landscape.
