• Professional skills: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
• Role models the agile mindset
• Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage
• Helps other team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
• Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
• Engage with the PO to encourage and empower the agile team
• Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive the OVS forward
• Professional skills: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
• Personal and social skills: Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching
• Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)Personal and social skills: Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching
