To support our growing presence in Europe, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Romania.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive a variety of projects in the logistics field, including external projects, transfer initiatives, automation, continuous improvement, and cost optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company throughout project implementation
• Gather, organize, and manage all project-related information
• Ensure clear and controlled communication of project updates within the organization
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on internal project activities alongside the project team and management
• Schedule, document, and facilitate regular and phase-specific project meetings
• Manage information flow, documentation, and project-related processes
• Develop and implement process and quality procedures to support equipment operations through to series production
• Lead and oversee the project team, ensuring alignment and efficiency
• Plan resource allocation effectively to meet project goals within budget
• Ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and standards
• Monitor project budgets closely to maintain cost control

What do you need to be successful:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role managing logistics projects or related fields
• Advanced level of English and preferably Romanian
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with process improvement and quality management practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
