🔎 We are looking for:

We are now looking for an experienced Planner for our customer's construction project in Sweden. As the project is already ongoing, the need for a suitable professional is as soon as possible. Work tasks include managing and facilitating the project planning processes and working closely with the project team. The work location is at the site.

📍 Location: Stenungsund, Sweden

📝 As a Planner, you will:

• Set up the project schedule environment using approved templates and modify those together with the Project Manager to fit the project needs
• Take identified issues into consideration when needed to develop and control the schedule
• Identify the project's critical path, monitor it closely, and communicate any changes to the Project Manager and other team members
• Actively engage and work with the Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholders
  
  

🏆 To succeed, you:

• Have experience in defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports in the project planning system
• Are technically proficient in scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera P6, Safran
• Have successful experience in industrial investment projects f.eg. from the field of chemical process, energy, pulp, and paper, or other industrial construction
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
