Senior Scrum Master (Software Engineer Background)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team .

Our customer is one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company's diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups , planning, retrospectives).
  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile practices.
  • Proactively remove impediments.
  • Bridge communication between tech and non-tech stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements based on performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years in technical/project roles, including 3–5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a developer.
  • Strong SQL skills (complex queries, database-level metrics).
  • Data analysis and dashboarding experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD.
  • Advanced reporting/dashboarding skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior Agile team members.
