About You

• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work as necessary,
• Working with cross functional teams
• Work collaboratively with various teams to collect and interpret the data, and then communicate the insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• Analyzing data to identify patterns or trends that could indicate problems within the business,
• Work experience in creating and maintaining dashboards,
• Developing reports that monitor key business metrics such as customer satisfaction levels or inventory levels,

If You Have

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Statistics / Mathematics /MIS / Computer Science or equivalent experience,
• At least 4 years experience with similar positions,
• Experience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processes,
• Experience with BI Stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS),
• Strong data visualisation skills using SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, Metabase etc.
• Experience using BI tools,
• Strong knowledge of both SQL,
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques,

What You’ll Do

• Understanding complex operational business problems and take full ownership and responsibilities of turning data into actionable insights,
• Conducting advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, measure performance and visualize the processed data,
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies,
• Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical data to help automate and optimize key processes,
• Develop real-time analytics systems for business units to access data,
• Develop the company's data analytics capabilities by leading and mentoring your team
