Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Lead to champion the integration of DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle of a Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery by bridging the gap between development, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines tailored for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Embed security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead infrastructure automation, monitoring, and management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and security.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation in coordination with Liberty Mutual (LM) resources.
• Drive continuous improvement in DevSecOps processes and tooling.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in DevSecOps methodologies and tools such as Bitbucket, TeamCity, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of security compliance, vulnerability management, and remediation strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AWS, DevSecOps, or security (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CISSP, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
