  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
  • 2 years of experience in product management (i.e. driving the roadmap, taking features from conception to launch, and working with engineering, design and other cross-functional partners).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to the leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Experience for integrating accessibility into product development methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence within a complex business environment.

We’re focused on making a better browser (on both desktop and mobile) to help users take advantage of all the web has to offer in a safe and secure way.Chrome is available across all major platforms — iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome OS. We also built Chrome as an open source project so the entire web ecosystem could benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Define the direction and road map for opportunities on Chrome Mobile, and secure buy-in from leadership for the plans.
  • Write product requirement documents for features, and work with cross-functional partners to define all aspects of the experience.
  • Take new functionality to market, guide features through the launch process and land them externally in coordination with marketing and Public Relations.
  • Analyze research and experiment results to refine features and make investment decisions.
