Job Title: SAP ERP Programmer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Employment Type: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite

Experience: 6+ years in SAP ERP program design and implementation

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP ERP systems across key business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Own and manage full-cycle SAP ERP implementation projects, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, translating them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Create and maintain solution design documents, process maps, and system architecture.
• Oversee cross-functional teams (technical & functional), ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and corporate IT strategy.
• Manage risk, issue resolution, and change management throughout the program lifecycle.
• Work closely with third-party vendors, system integrators, and SAP experts.

Conduct system and business process testing, UAT support, and post-go-live optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Proven experience in program design, blueprinting, and large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM).
• Expertise in solution architecture and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules (preferred).
