We’re Fuelerate, a growth partner for Shopify brands, looking for an experienced Web Project Manager. If you want to take ownership of multiple clients, help build a killer ad service, and scale Ecommerce brands with the right strategy, this role is for you.

We’re looking for a Web Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of our Shopify projects. You’ll collaborate directly with designers, developers, and e-commerce strategists, taking ownership of timelines, communication, and quality.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Manage Shopify web projects from start to launch
• Create timelines and keep design, dev, and strategy teams on track
• Communicate with clients and manage updates, feedback, and expectations
• Review work to make sure it meets goals and quality standards
• Help improve how we run projects as we grow
• Handle quality checks (QA)

We’re looking for:

• 2+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or digital
• Knows Shopify and how websites are built
• Strong English skills (written and spoken, near-native)
• Experience with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage timelines across time zones

What to expect:

• Start at 20h/week and move to 40h/week as soon as you’re ramped up (learn fast)
• €22,000–€28,000/year, at full time
