Junior Email Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in email marketing or CRM;
• Experience with email marketing platforms — knowledge of Customer.io and Smartico.ai is a strong plus;
• Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and A/B testing principles;
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus;
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail;
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data (Google Analytics, CRM reports);
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines simultaneously
  
  

Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated email flows;
• Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis;
• Implement new features and strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Work with analytics: collect, analyze, and interpret all necessary data for reporting and performance evaluation;
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve business goals
