Job Overview

You are the one-person marketing engine powering awareness, lead generation, and brand affinity. You’ll use AI tools, automation, and smart workflows to deliver campaigns that drive growth across our core customer audiences, patients and referring clinicians.

You won’t manage a team. You are the team, backed by AI, strong internal feedback loops, and freedom to own your function.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. These values will enable you to effectively contribute to important areas of focus and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Execution

• Produce weekly social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Write, schedule, and track performance of email campaigns
• Create sales enablement assets (toolkits, one-pagers, landing pages)
• Build and optimize marketing funnels (top to bottom)
• Write blog posts and SEO content using Surfer + ChatGPT
  
  

Design & Brand

• Use Canva/AI tools to create beautiful, on-brand creative assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer and clinician touchpoints
• Run lightweight video campaigns (testimonials, TikToks, explainers)
  
  

AI & Automation

• Use AI (ChatGPT, Jasper, Firefly, etc.) to accelerate output
• Leverage tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Airtable to automate campaigns
• Create prompt libraries, workflows, and reusable templates
  
  

Performance & Growth

• Track and report on performance metrics weekly
• Use insights to iterate and improve quickly
• Coordinate launch of marketing experiments across channels
  
  

Qualifications

• A self-starter who thrives on getting stuff done.
• Exceptionally organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• AI-native: you know how to prompt, iterate, and get results
• A strong writer with an ear for brand voice and clarity
• Design-savvy: you can produce content that looks good and converts
• Data-aware: you understand performance metrics, even if you’re not an analyst
• Comfortable with ambiguity, you don’t wait for perfect impact.

• ChatGPT / Jasper / Notion AI

• Canva Pro, Firefly, Midjourney (basic design/video tools)
• Airtable, Zapier, Slack, Google Workspace

• Experience in women’s health, mental health, or healthcare marketing
• Experience with paid ads (FB/IG/LinkedIn)
• Ability to write for both patient and B2B (clinician) audiences
